The place spoon or dessert spoon by Holmes & Edwards IS, International Silver Company, is a very popular silver plate flatware choice. This spoon is in excellent estate condition with no monogram and the Holmes & Edwards back stamp. The spoons have been lightly buffed and polished and are table ready. This silverware pattern is a great fit for Danish Modern and Mid-century Modern styles. Danish Princess was introduced in 1938 and discontinued that same year.
Holmes & Edwards was a division of the International Silver Company (IS) that produced wonderful silverware and flatware designs throughout the 20th century.
