Place or oval soup spoon in the Jubilee silverplate pattern by Wm Rogers is in excellent estate condition. Each spoon has been gently buffed and polished to make it table-ready. This great mid-century vintage silverplate silverware was introduced in 1953 and subsequently discontinued.
The IS on the backstamp stands for International Silver.
Wm Rogers Manufacturing was founded in Hartford Connecticut in 1865. The company was merged and became part of the International Silver Company in 1898. Much of that area pioneered flatware design during the 20th century.
