Luncheon size 4-piece place setting with french blade in the Marquise silverplate pattern by 1847 Rogers Bros IS, International Silver Company. The grouping is in excellent estate condition with moderate signs of use. All pieces have been lightly buffed and polsihed to make them table-ready. The silverware setting concisists of:
8 5/8" luncheon knife with french stainless steel blade
7 1/8" luncheon fork
6 5/8" salad fork
6 1/8" teaspoon
The Marquise design is a great way to think out of the box when refreshing your table décor. 1847 Rogers Brothers was not a date mark, but a very important part of the International Silver Company based in Connecticut and a world leader in 20th-century flatware.
