Pierced tablespoon / serving spoon in the Romance pattern by Holmes & Edwards IS, International Silver Company, is in excellent estate condition. The gently swirling graphics are balanced by flower blossoms that add to the romantic look. Romance pattern was introduced in 1952 and discontinued in 1959.
