Royal Rose by Nobility Plate / Oneida was introduced in 1939 and subsequently discontinued. A rose blossom starts at the base and many more blossoms are seen trailing up the vine of the pattern. This pre-war vintage silver plate pattern is still at home on the modern dinning table with classic accessories.
Oneida was more than a silverware manufacturer. In early 1900 upstate New York they brought a community ethic to both work and play. Quality of any endeavor was part of the everyday routine.
Also in 1939: The 1939 New York Worlds Fair was the first worlds fair to be based on the future.
