All our products have a 30-day refund policy. Almost all the products we sell are used, so you are the judge. We think they are in excellent estate condition. Please let us know if that isn't the case.
If you order the wrong pattern or size, we will refund the amount minus a return shipping label if we supply that. You can then order the correct item, plus the shipping that is applicable. If we made the mistake, then we will undoubtedly pay for the shipping. Refunds are processed back to the same payment initially used upon arrival of the item. Please retain the original box and packaging.
