Webster Sterling Silver Hem Measure M3
3” hem measure with a sterling silver head all created by Webster Silver of North Attleboro, Massachusetts who worked from 1894 into the twentieth century. This measure probably dates to the very early 1900’s. The ornate silver scrolls are well done. The 3” steel measure works fine. This antique is in very good estate condition with expected signs of use. A great gift got the seamstress or sewing expert in your family. Total length is 4 ¾” long and ¾” wide at the widest point.
